O-Marine expands with three European hubs

O-Marine has established three regional hubs in Greece, Italy and Spain to develop Cruisers Yachts’ sales and service network across Europe.

The hubs will cover eastern, central and western Europe respectively, following O-Marine’s appointment as the US boatbuilder’s exclusive European distributor earlier in October.

Each operation will recruit and support dealers and service partners in its region while working with the other hubs on cross-border sales, technical support and customer service.

O-Marine said all three hubs are reviewing prospective dealers and service centres. The distributor is targeting established marine businesses with local market knowledge, existing customer relationships and the ability to support owners throughout the sales and after-sales process.

Lasting growth

“Successful European expansion relies on bringing the right partners together and making the network work as one,” said Javier Rodrigo, principal, European network development at O-Marine.

“These hubs connect local strengths across borders and turn our shared strategy into coordinated sales, service and lasting growth for Cruisers Yachts.”

The regional structure will also provide feedback to Cruisers Yachts’ product development team. Dealer insight, customer preferences and regional boating requirements will be used to inform future models and specifications for European markets.

Demonstration boats, product training and shared sales resources will be available to participating businesses.

Antonio Castaneda, global sales development representative at Cruisers Yachts, says the hubs would bring the brand closer to European boating markets through local expertise and customer support.
