Aviation organisation Sparfell Group, has acquired an equity stake in boutique yachting firm Neo Yachting.
The announcement follows several years of close collaboration between Sparfell and Neo Yachting.
Neo Yachting, which focuses on yacht charter, sales, management and new build/refit was founded by Nicolas Valin.
The company will continue to operate under its recognised identity, with Valin remaining CEO.
The companies say the acquisition of the equity stake reflects a clear market trend with Sparfell providing aviation needs to clients who are increasingly looking for the same level of support, precision and discretion across other areas of their lives and assets.
Natural evolution
“This was a natural evolution for Neo Yachting. Sparfell and Neo Yachting have worked closely together for several years, and we share the same values.
“We have identified a wide array of synergies that will allow us to provide an enhanced client experience and build stronger solutions.
“Joining the Sparfell Group allows us to grow internationally while preserving the identity and service culture that define Neo Yachting,” said Valin.
