Off The Hook YS has added Sportsman Boats and Phenom Yachts to its portfolio, expanding its reach into new boat sales.
The brands will be sold through Bellhart Marine in Wilmington, North Carolina, a company Off The Hook has committed to acquire.
While Bellhart Marine will serve as the Company’s retail dealership hub, Off The Hook will also use Sloop Point Marina dry stack storage facility as a supporting asset.

Sloop Point currently operates 224 racks with approval to expand to 450.

The addition of new boat sales is expected to generate significant revenue opportunities across Off The Hook’s platform, including trade-ins which will also add to pre-owned boat inventory, financing, extended warranties and protection products, insurance offerings and service and maintenance revenue.
Off The Hook expects up to 100 new boat sales annually with Sportsman, Phenom and Yellowfin.
