Marine monitoring and security solutions company Yacht Sentinel has acquired TSM Systems (TowPro), provider of superyacht tender monitoring solutions.
The acquisition is said to mark a milestone in Yacht Sentinel’s mission to deliver solutions that enhance safety, security, and convenience for boat owners and operators worldwide.
TowPro known for its towing and tracking systems, designed to provide real-time tracking and continuous protection of tenders towed behind superyachts.
By integrating TowPro’s expertise and technology into Yacht Sentinel’s suite of monitoring products, the acquisition will enable Yacht Sentinel to broaden its offering.
The acquisition is aimed at allowing Yacht Sentinel to serve a wider audience, including superyachts, commercial fleets, and recreational boaters.

It will allow both companies to combine their research and development aimed at accelerating the creation of next-generation marine technologies, including the monitoring of jet skis, lifejackets and other toys.
