Vision Marine Technologies has received CE certification (European conformity) for one of its boats integrated with the company’s E-Motion 180E Electric Marine HV Powertrain.
The certification highlights the importance of the European market for Vision Marine, where the company believes the rapid adoption of electric propulsion underscores the growing potential for advanced solutions.
Vision Marine believes the global electric boat market is going to continue to grow, with the European market set to grow at a rate of around 13% a year.
And the company believes its ability to align with this market shift may position its E-Motion system as an enabler for manufacturers to meet sustainability demands.
