Boero Yacht Coatings and Alliance Marine part

Boero Yacht Coatings and European B2B wholesaler Alliance Marine, are parting ways from September 2026 onwards.

The two companies say the decision was mutually agreed and reflects the different directions that each company has chosen to follow.

In a statement, the companies said the decision had been ‘made in a spirit of mutual respect and appreciation’ and that the collaboration had been both successful and rewarding.

“Over the years, the partnership has enabled the two companies to develop strong and lasting relationships with customers and industry professionals, creating a solid foundation for future growth,” said the statement.

“Looking ahead, both Boero Yacht Coatings and Alliance Marine reaffirm their long-term commitment to the French market.”

Customers and partners

The statement continued: “The two companies are committed to ensuring a smooth and seamless transition for customers and partners, with no interruption to the level of service they have come to expect.”

The companies say they will both continue to invest in their individual development strategies, consolidating relationships that have been built over the years while maintaining product quality, technical expertise and customer service.

Further information regarding the transition will be shared with customers and partners in the coming weeks.
