Aschenez Group has appointed Luca Brancaleon as executive vice president of sales and marketing.
Brancaleon joins the Group with more than 22 years of experience in the recreational boating industry, having held senior management positions at Sessa Marine, Brunswick Boat Group and Groupe Beneteau.
Brancaleon entered the boating industry in 2004 with Sessa Marine.
After almost ten years with Brunswick Boat Group, where he was involved in the development of brands including Hatteras Yachts, Cabo Yachts, Boston Whaler and Sea Ray, he moved to France, where he served as general manager of the Beneteau brand and subsequently as deputy director at Groupe Beneteau, with responsibility for brand strategy, financing, boat clubs, charter and marinas.
Since 2022, he has led the development of distribution company RCM Marine operating in France through agencies and service yards with brands including Beneteau, Wellcraft, Highfield and Galeon Yachts, as well as the official distributor of Azimut Yachts through 14 sales locations.

“I am truly delighted to be joining Aschenez Group, a company I have known very well since its early days in the industry,” he said.
“Over the years, I have had the opportunity to experience first-hand the quality, expertise and, above all, the people who have built these brands. These were key factors in my decision to join the Group.”
And he said his experience working in the distribution side of the industry has provided a new perspective on the market that is closer to the needs of the dealer network and end customers.
“I believe this is the right environment in which to turn that experience into new opportunities for growth,” he said.
Aschenez Group incorporates Invictus Yacht, Capoforte Boats and Marcopolo Adventure Yachts.
