Metstrade launched its Metstrain in 2025 and the initiative was so successful, it is returning for the 2026 edition, with a limited number of early bird tickets available until 1st September.
Metstrain is a unique journey from London to Amsterdam in a Eurostar carriage exclusively reserved for Metstrade attendees, providing an accessible and sustainable method of travel.
Metstrain is ideal for those based in the UK looking for a more relaxed journey to the show, while also providing an opportunity for networking and collaboration before the show even starts.

Metstrain experience
Departing from London St Pancras International at 11.04am Monday 16th November, and arriving into Amsterdam Central Station at 16.20pm, delegates will be able to enjoy exploring the city before the show starts on Tuesday 17th November.
A dedicated travel coordinator will be on hand throughout the trip, and all guests will receive a complimentary lunch package and an official show catalogue.
To make the experience even more enjoyable, curated onboard entertainment will be available.

Metstrade 2026 highlights
Metstrade 2026, the marine industry’s leading global B2B exhibition, takes place from 17–19 November 2026, at RAI Convention Centre in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
Across 13 exhibition halls, more than 1,700 exhibitors will showcase everything from propulsion systems and sustainable materials to smart connectivity and onboard electronics, giving visitors the most efficient route to the products and partners shaping the future.
