High-performance composite yacht spars manufacturer, Southern Spars, has appointed Bill Hughes as technical director.
Bill’s career spans from aviation to the space industry to yacht racing and includes three America’s Cups with Emirates Team NZ.
In his new role, he will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s technical strategy and leading the development of cutting-edge solutions.

The announcement follows the appointment of Nick Bice as sales director for grand prix sales.
