Valkama Watercrafts, known for its Picnic Cruiser electric boat, is expanding in the Nordic boating market with a new partnership with MarinaOne.
Marina One will be the official dealer for the greater Copenhagen and Malmö area, establishing Valkama presence in the region.
MarinaOne offers a membership-based concept, providing access to motorboats and sailboats for a variety of on-water experiences.
Through the partnership, boat enthusiasts in Copenhagen, Malmö and surrounding regions will be able to experience Valkama’s electric boats at MarinaOne’s facilities.
The announcement follows Valkama’s participation in the Electric Boat Show in Italy in June, where the company showcased its sustainable electric boat technology.
The boatbuilder is also currently taking part in the Monaco Energy Boat Challenge.
“We encourage potential customers, dealers and anyone interested in sustainable boating to meet us at the Monaco Energy Boat Challenge,” said a spokesperson from Valkama.
“It’s the perfect opportunity to experience our electric boats in action and truly get an understanding what our electric boating is all about.”
