Sirena Yachts has appointed Fort Lauderdale-based Yachts360 as its exclusive dealer for series production models in Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana and Texas, supporting the Turkish builder’s expansion in the southeastern United States.
The partnership covers new-yacht sales, pre-owned brokerage and support services.
Yachts360 has three dealerships in Florida and a wider network of nine US locations and nearly 100 brokers.
Sirena’s cruising yacht range spans 48ft to 118ft. The US accounts for more than half of global sales for some product lines, making the market a significant focus for its dealer development.
Established relationship
Ensar Çabuk, country manager of Sirena Yachts USA, said the appointment builds on an established relationship between the companies.
“Sirena and Yachts360 have worked together many times over the years on new-build orders, pre-owned sales, and trade-ins. They know our brand and boats well, and we know them,” he said.
Çabuk said wider US expansion required an active partner sharing Sirena’s goals and values.
Yachts360 specialises in pre-owned boat sales and trade-ins, using its financing capabilities to purchase owners’ existing boats.
That service can help buyers move from an existing vessel into a new yacht and is a central element of the partnership’s sales approach.
Scott Clements, a partner at Yachts360, said the brokerage had participated in the construction of multiple Sirena 88s and previously handled pre-owned Sirena transactions.
Resale activity
“We see tremendous opportunity to grow both new-yacht sales and the pre-owned Sirena market,” Clements said.
“With nearly 100 brokers, extensive trade-in capabilities, and a strategy to actively engage existing Sirena owners, we believe we can create a powerful sales and resale network for the brand throughout the United States.”
The agreement links the exclusive regional dealership with Yachts360’s broader brokerage reach. Its plans to engage existing owners are intended to develop both new sales and resale activity, rather than focus solely on first-time purchases.
Sirena said US demand in the 50–80ft segment remained resilient, while buyers were becoming more selective about value, quality and long-term ownership costs.
The builder identifies outdoor entertaining space, cruising range, efficiency and ease of operation as priorities for its customers.
