Antonini Navi appoints Denison for US and Mexico

Antonini Navi has appointed Denison Yachting as its exclusive representative in the US and Mexico, extending the Italian shipyard’s commercial reach in the two markets.

Denison will represent Antonini Navi’s full-custom projects and selected models under development. A dedicated local team will provide owners, brokers and other marine professionals with access to the yard, including after-sales assistance and support.

The agreement follows Antonini Navi’s delivery of Seamore 34, its first full-custom superyacht, earlier in 2026. The yard is continuing construction of several projects, including the Evo 31, which is scheduled for launch in October. It has also sold the first hull of the 30-metre XPD95 explorer yacht.

“Their reputation, market knowledge and long-standing relationships within the American yachting community make them the ideal partner to support our long-term ambitions,” said Simone Antonini, founder and chief executive of Antonini Navi.

“We are confident this collaboration will create new opportunities for both companies.”

International development

Aldo Manna, co-founder and sales manager at Antonini Navi, said the appointment would give North American owners a local contact while supporting the yard’s next phase of international development.

“We have invested significantly in developing the technical, industrial and organisational capabilities needed to compete in the full-custom segment,” he said.

“We are now entering a new phase of international growth, while maintaining the direct relationship with yacht owners and brokers that has always been central to our approach.”

Denison broker Alex Clarke added: “Antonini Navi’s projects speak for themselves, and we see the US as a market with real potential for the brand going forward.”

The commercial focus will include four projects. Seamore 34 has exterior design by Hydro Tec and interiors by Hot Lab. Evo 31 uses a proven platform with a semi-custom approach, while the Lounge 40 is under construction and remains available for an owner to customise.

The sold XPD95 has naval architecture and engineering by NAMES, interiors by Hot Lab and exterior styling by Sculli & Covini.
