Gianguido Girotti appointed Nautor Swan and Bluegame CEO

Gianguido Girotti has been apppointed as the chief executive officer of Nautor Swan and Bluegame, part of the Sanlorenzo Group.

He will take up the position from June 2026.

Nautor Swan and Bluegame will continue to operate autonomously in the sailing and motor yachting segments of the market.

Girotti is currently serving as deputy CEO of Group Beneteau and brings extensive international experience across the marine industry, spanning product development, brand positioning and global commercial expansion.

During his 11 year career at Beneteau, he has led the creation of new product segments and strengthened market presence across key international regions.

In his new role he will be tasked with overseeing the continued evolution of Nautor Swan and continuing to accelerate Bluegame’s innovations.

He will report to executive chairman Massimo Perotti.

New phase of growth

Tommaso Vincenzi will continue to lead Sanlorenzo’s Yacht and Superyacht Business Units.

Giovanni Pomati will continue to support Nautor Swan as brand senior advisor, focusing on developing its ClubSwan strategy.

Carla Demaria will step back from executive responsibilities, remaining on the Sanlorenzo board of directors and assuming the role of advisor to the chairman.

“Gianguido brings the experience, vision and complementary leadership required to guide them through this next chapter, while preserving the authenticity and spirit that defines each of them.”

And he thanked Carla Demaria and Giovanni Pomati for their outstanding contributions.

Girotti added: “Nautor Swan and Bluegame are two highly desirable brands, each with a clear identiry, reputation for innovation and strong connection to their respective owner communities.
