MarineMax has promoted Charles Cashman, the company’s chief revenue officer to the role of senior vice president of global yacht sales.
In this capacity, he will lead yacht sales and global superyacht brokerage operations, key strategic growth areas for MarineMax.
He will be responsible for leading MarineMax’s yacht sales strategy, execution, and performance, driving sustained growth across brands, regions, and customer segments.
In addition, working closely with executive leadership and brand partners, Charles will deliver integrated sales and marketing initiatives, strengthen team capabilities through targeted development, and foster a consistent, high-performance culture across MarineMax’s global sales organisation.
Chuck’s appointment further enhances our ability to capture new opportunities.

Additionally, he will continue to help guide MarineMax’s long-term strategy.

Increasing responsibilities
Charles joined MarineMax in 1992 and has served in positions of increasing responsibilities including vice president of east operations and executive vice president of sales, marketing and manufacturer relations before advancing to chief revenue officer in 2016.
He is a member of the board of directors of the International Yacht Brokers Association.
