Delta Marine has appointed Tim Kershaw as its new director of sales.
Kershaw joins Delta Marine with 14 years of experience in the superyacht sector and brings extensive market knowledge, a broad network of relationships and a legal background to the role.
“This is a dynamic moment for Delta, with significant new projects underway and growing interest from experienced owners,” said Delta Marine’s Michelle Jones.
“Tim’s market knowledge and hands‑on background give him exactly the perspective we want at the front of our new build conversations.”
The shipyard was founded nearly 60-years ago and has its heritage in yacht building with a portfolio that includes some of the world’s most respected custom superyachts.

Kershaw’s appointment comes as Delta has two in‑build projects without confidentiality constraints: DISCOVERY, a 156‑foot custom yacht centered on movement, wellness, and indoor–outdoor living and ZEMBRA, a 152‑foot full‑displacement motoryacht designed for global exploration.
As director of sales, Kershaw will welcome the global superyacht community to visit the Seattle shipyard and see both DISCOVERY, ZEMBRA and future builds.
He will divide his time between key markets in the USA, Mexico, and Europe, maintaining close contact with owners, family offices and brokerage houses.
Kershaw will be based in the US until early August.
