Scotland’s Craobh Marina, on the north shore of the Craignish peninsula in Argyll, has been put up for sale for the first time in 30 years.

The marina has a price tag of £10 million with a recorded turnover of around £1.5 million last year.

“We get yachts from all over the world, including superyachts and we have a number of high profile customers including actors and rock stars to oligarchs,” said Gavin McDonagh, MD of Holt Leisure Group, Greenock.

The marina has 200 serviced pontoon berths with potential to expand, six holiday cottages, a three-bedroom house and a staff flat.

There is also a boatyard, workshops and a 30ft hoist. The site includes more than 125 acres of freehold land and 15.6 acres of development land. There is also a chandlery, a café and bar.

The marina, which was constructed in the early 1980s, is being sold by the privately owned Holt Leisure Group which bought the site in 1993.

Holt Leisure Group also owns Fairlie Quay Marina and Kip Marina.
