Teledyne Technologies has promoted Michelle Hildyard to the position of general manager of its Raymarine and FLIR Marine brands.
Hildyard will lead Teledyne’s Raymarine marine electronics business and its FLIR marine thermal camera portfolio.
Hildyard brings more than two decades of experience within Raymarine and FLIR to her new role, having held a wide range of senior leadership roles across operations, product management, customer service and supply chain.
Most recently, she served as vice president of operations for Raymarine and FLIR Marine, where she led supply chain, engineering, product management and operational execution.

In her new role, she will oversee strategy, product development and commercial execution.
She will focus on strengthening product innovation, operational performance and delivering integrated solutions developed to enhance safety, situational awareness and enjoyment on the water.
