Diesel outboard manufacturer, OXE Marine, and engineering company PUNCH Torino, are to collaborate to reduce emissions.
The first step in the collaboration is for PUNCH to review and evaluate the OXE200, OXE Marine’s 200hp outboard according to the latest maritime emission requirements.
The partnership will provide a base for further collaborative opportunities for OXE Marine, providing access to various internal combustion engines, including hydrogen-fuelled internal combustion engines, through which PUNCH, through its subsidiary PUNCH Hydrocells, has experience.

“We are eager to start this collaboration with PUNCH with the focus on the 150-200hp family of engines from an emission reduction point of view,” explained Paul Frick, OXE Marine AB CEO.

PUNCH Torino was established in 2005 as GM Powertrain Europe. The company was acquired in 2020 by the PUNCH Group and focuses on propulsion and control systems.
