Novamarine S.p.A. is extending its presence in the US market with a three-year agreement with Kitson Yachts for its BS and RH lines.
This collaboration aims to use Kitson Yachts’ distribution network to capitalise on demand and aligns with Novamarine’s strategy to penetrate international markets.
“We are proud to have signed an agreement with a dealer of the caliber of Kitson Yachts which will allow us to strengthen the marketing in America of the two flagship lines of our range, BS and RH, which have made the history of Novamarine and have contributed to making our brand recognisable and unique on the market,” said Francesco Pirro, president and CEO of Novamarine.
“For us this represents not only a notable expansion of the clientele, but also the confirmation of Novamarine as a competitive reality on an international level.
“The trust on the part of Kitson Yachts highlights the significant quality of our boats.
“Furthermore, with this agreement we are in line with the strategy announced during the IPO path: declaring ourselves ready to expand our commercial outlets abroad to exploit different seasonality.”

The agreement means Kitson Yachts would be able to sell Novamarine boats to non-Italian customers who have no previous relationship with Novamarine.
The agreement also precludes Kitson Yachts from promoting and marketing new boats in the chase boat segment in competition Novamarine brand.
Kitson Yachts, based in South Florida, has a widespread global distribution network with a presence in Los Angeles, New York, Miami, in Europe and the Caribbean.
