Dutch catamaran builder, Vaan Yachts, is extending into the North American market with the opening of a new sales office in Miami, USA.
The boatbuilder says the move is to better serve a growing demand from American buyers.
“We already have several customers and a strong interest in the US and Canada, and we recognise they value direct contact with the shipyard,” said Igor Kluin, Vaan Yachts CEO and co-founder.
“Therefore, we decided to provide a local presence and experienced yachting advisor to provide a high level of personal attention to buyers in this vibrant market.”
And he explained that Vaan Yachts has decided to work exclusively with a few, carefully selected agents in key markets instead of through a traditional dealer network.
“This enables seamless collaboration and superior service that our discerning clientele expects,” he concluded.
The new sales office will be headed by Miami based David Greco.
“Vaan Yachts is the ultimate catamaran for sailors who value sustainability, luxury and autonomy,” he said. “With unmatched personalisation, each Vaan is as unique as its owner. My objective is to provide this same experience during the buying process.”
The Vaan office in Miami will serve the USA, Canada, Bahamas and US Virgin Islands for delivery worldwide.
