Absolute Yachts has announced the appointment of Alessandro Tirelli as chief executive officer, an appointment aimed at taking the company into a new chapter of development and further establishing its position in international markets.
Tirelli joined Absolute Yachts earlier in 2026, having spent more than 19 years at Ferretti Group, including roles as brand manager, regional director in Hong Kong and commercial director based in Italy.
“The appointment of Alessandro Tirelli represents an important step for Absolute Yachts,” said members of Absolute Yachts’ board Sergio Maggi, chief technical officer, Marcello Bè, chief operating officer, and Giuseppe Bertocci, chief of manufacturing in a statement.
“His experience and vision fit into a development path that builds on solid foundations and looks ambitiously to the future, while enhancing the identity and expertise that have always distinguished Absolute.”
Important moment
Tirelli added: “I am very proud to take the helm of Absolute Yachts at such an important moment in its history.
“Absolute is a company with a strong identity, expressed through a distinctive product and, above all, through the people who over the years have built a unique wealth of expertise.
“It is on these solid foundations that we want to build Absolute’s next chapter, further evolving the company, elevating its positioning and projecting its identity into the future.”
And he continued: “We want to enhance what Absolute is today while, at the same time, continuing to shape what it can become tomorrow.
“For us, evolving means continuing to innovate without losing our identity, further strengthening the product and the way Absolute expresses itself in its markets, while continuing to interpret the needs of an increasingly sophisticated international clientele.”
