ADVERTISING FEATURE: Metstrade 2025 is enriched with another educational diversity initiative.
The Women in Nautica project was founded by the companies Misli More and Navela in October 2024 in Zagreb, Croatia.
It is both an educational and promotional initiative, covering different burning topics in today’s industry, through the lens of industry professionals and their experience in the industry.
The short ‘WIN’, is focused on the winning and personal wins of each business professional in the industry.
Educational segment
The project has expanded for 2025 and is comprised of the conference, podcast and a magazine, with new project tiers to be announced at this year’s conference, which will take place on the 19th of November, with the first session starting at 10am in the conference rooms D203 and D204.
The educational segment is spread out through three presentations and a panel discussion, while in between and during a coffee break and business lunch, attendees will be able to enjoy fruitful networking sessions.
Attendees, like last year, will have the opportunity to meet new colleagues, friends, employers and employees.
This event will benefits those working in shipyards, charter companies, refit shipyards, brokers, equipment manufacturers and distributors, marinas, marine insurances, superyacht brokers and beyond.
Panelists and presenters
The panelists and presenters are: Michele Durkin (Yanmar Marine International), Kristina Blašković (TEMA d.o.o.), Laurie Louvier (Dometic), Monica Fonseca (MTN Sat), Dr. Gonca Aslan (Asmira Group), dr. sc. Tamara Aleksandrov Fabijanić (CTT d.o.o.) and Anouk Riffard (CTT d.o.o.). Another presenter is due to be announced shortly. Their biographies are available to preview from Women in Nautica.
Each participant will receive a copy of the WINMAG, Women in Nautica magazine, which includes relevant takeaways and messages from industry leaders for the industry.
