The 2027 Discover Boating Miami International Boat Show will introduce transport, ticketing and exhibitor-support changes when it returns in February.
Organisers NMMA and Informa Markets say the programme is intended to reduce exhibitor costs, improve movement between venues and attract both new and returning boat buyers. Marketing activity will begin earlier and include dedicated outreach in Latin America and Europe.
A new water taxi route will connect Herald Plaza and Venetian Marina with Maurice Gibb Memorial Park. Peak-time shuttle capacity will also be expanded and existing routes revised to improve access across the multi-site event.
The show will add the Progressive Entry Point at Pride Park, displaying boats priced below US$150,000 in response to demand for what organisers described as ‘more entry-level boat options’.
A Discover Boating education hub will provide access to boating specialists and curated tours. Other additions include a Kids Zone, entertainment and lifestyle attractions, and live broadcasts of the Florida Insider Fishing Report. The Windward VIP Lounge will return.
Industry Breakfast
Industry programming will also expand. The Industry Breakfast will use a revised format, while the NMMA Member Lounge will return to the Miami Beach Convention Center for the opening days.
New Family Packs and discounted Super Sunday tickets are intended to broaden attendance and limit the effect of the Super Bowl on visitor numbers. Ticket sales will open earlier than in previous years.
For exhibitors, the Informa Partner Program will provide incentives and cost-saving opportunities to eligible businesses. NMMA members will also receive an early hotel-booking window intended to address accommodation prices and availability.
The organisers said the combined changes are aimed at delivering ‘greater value for exhibitors’ while strengthening attendee engagement and the overall show experience.
The Discover Boating Miami International Boat Show takes place from 10–14 February 2027.
