Superyacht refit, repair, and maintenance company MB92 Group has appointed Remy Millott to its board of directors as a non-executive member.
He will retain his current role as CEO of GYG Ltd, which was acquired by MB92 Group earlier in 2025.
Remy has more than 40 years of experience in the superyacht industry and a track record of international business development.
His understanding and knowledge of the sector and its key stakeholders will support the board, executive committee, and senior management as the Group continues to grow and evolve.

MB92 Group is continuing its recruitment process for a new Group CEO, with an announcement expected in the coming months.
