Shipping and logistics company Peters & May has announced a joint venture with BATI Yacht Transport, a subsidiary of the BATI Group.
The investment will integrate BATI Yacht Transport into the Peters & May Group, expanding Peters & May’s yacht transportation offerings.
Alongside the joint venture, BATI Yacht Transport has been appointed as Peters & May’s exclusive agent in Turkey.
BATI Yacht Transport has previously been Peters & May’s partner in the Eastern Mediterranean and the joint venture between the two companies formalises and strengthens their relationship.
