Mark Bartlett has joined Aquamare Marine as UK group operations manager.
Mark’s career spans more than 17 years in yacht manufacturing, including 15 years at Princess and two at Oyster Yachts.
In his new role, Mark will bring his expertise and industry insight to oversee operations across the UK group.
Prior to joining Aquamare Marine, Mark had numerous roles at Princess Yachts, finishing as a production manager. This was followed by a two-year stint at Oyster Yachts as head of production.
His experience lies in managing production from high-volume production of 15-20 boats a month to low-volume projects of one to two boats a month.
“In this new role, Mark will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the UK group at Aquamare Marine,” said an Aquamare Marine spokesperson.
“His main objectives align with the long-term company strategy, focusing on recruiting and retaining the best talents in the industry, ensuring a fantastic customer experience, delivering projects at the highest standards, and fulfilling promises made to clients.”
Aquamare Marine specialises in boatbuilding, design, and supply, alongside servicing, upgrading, installing, and commissioning supplied parts.
The company also provides diagnostic and repair work, as well as GRP and paint services.
