Dream Yacht and Navigare Yachting have announced three senior appointments to support the development of the group’s sales and charter activities.
The appointments, announced during the Cannes Yachting Festival, see Romain Motteau join as chief development officer, Nicolas Berenger as chief sales officer and Romain Lucat as chief technical officer.
The group says the three executives bring complementary experience across business development, product strategy, sales, distribution networks and yacht development, gained with companies including Fountaine Pajot, Dufour, Beneteau and Construction Navale Bordeaux.
Motteau joins after more than 20 years with Fountaine Pajot, including 12 years as deputy managing director, with responsibilities also extending to Dufour.
His role will focus on group development and strengthening links with shipyards and industry partners.
Berenger, who was sales and product director at Dufour from 2020 to 2024, will lead sales and ownership activities, with a focus on commercial development and the owner and client experience.
Lucat joins as chief technical officer after serving as head of development at Dufour from 2020, following earlier roles at Construction Navale Bordeaux and Beneteau. He will support the group’s technical expertise and yacht lifecycle management.
“Romain, Nicolas Berenger and Romain Lucat bring Dream Yacht and Navigare Yachting an in-depth understanding of the yachting industry, its products, networks and key players,” said Loïc Bonnet, founder of Dream Yacht Group.
“Their complementary experience is a significant asset in supporting the Group’s development and further strengthening its sales and charter activities over the long term.”
