OceanWorld Group and Denison Yachting form joint venture

OceanWorld Group and Denison Yachting have formed a joint venture aimed at expanding their combined presence across the US, Europe and the Middle East.

The partnership brings together OceanWorld Group’s platform in Europe and the Middle East with Denison’s operations in the US and international yachting markets.

The companies say the venture will focus on market development, investment in people and infrastructure, together with creating a more connected global yachting platform.

The JV is intended to give yacht owners, clients, brokers, shipyards and industry partners access to a wider international network.

Denison’s activities include yacht sales, brokerage, charter, new construction and client services.

OceanWorld Group operates across yacht sales, brokerage, charter, management, crewing, manufacturing, service and marine solutions.

Global reach

“We could not be more excited about this partnership,” said Bryan Braley, president of Denison.

“With this partnership and Oceanworld’s ambition for long-term growth, Denison’s global reach and footprint within all major yachting markets has become second to none.”

Lydia Pascarelli, chief executive of OceanWorld Group, added: “Denison is an exceptional brand with a remarkable history, an outstanding team and a very strong position in the US and international yachting markets.”

“This joint venture is about bringing together complementary strengths and creating something with long-term ambition.”

The venture will also support further development of the Denison brand while connecting its capabilities with OceanWorld Group’s operations in Europe and the Middle East.

The companies say the partnership will invest in talent and create opportunities for teams working across yacht sales, brokerage, charter, management, new construction and related marine services.
