New Delphia 11 version delivers efficiency gains

The new Delphia 11 250hp version is designed to deliver a combination of speed, range and comfort for coastal cruising.

The new model provides for greater confidence across a wider range of sea conditions, with better handling in strong river and inland currents or coastal tides and crosscurrents.

Features of the craft include a walkaround layout to facilitate movement between the foredeck, the cockpit and the aft deck.

A swimming platform aft can be equipped with a bicycle rack, while forward there is a spacious lounge.

Owners have a choice of either two or three cabins depending on the chosen layout, with the owner’s cabin featuring a queen-size walkaround bed.

The craft delivers stronger performance, greater fuel efficiency, and a quieter ride than predecessors.

Efficiency gains

The Delphia 11 is powered by a Yanmar 4LV250 engine that produces a maximum output of 250hp, and enables a top speed of 14 knots under mid-load conditions.

At its optimal cruising speed of 8 knots, the engine consumes 9 litres of fuel per hour, translating into up to 350 nautical miles of range with the standard fuel tank and more than 450 nautical miles of range with the extended fuel tank option.

Alongside these efficiency gains, the new powertrain reduces onboard noise compared to the previous configuration.

“With the new 250hp version we’re offering Delphia 11 owners more performance on demand and a quieter, more efficient cruise when they want to relax and enjoy the journey,” said Mark Averhoff, brand director at Delphia.

“The perfect combination for both coastal and inland cruising.”

And he added that the new model version strengthens Delphia’s ambitions of growing the market reach beyond the inland waterways into the coastal cruising markets.

The new Delphia 11 will receive its debut at Cannes Yachting Festival taking place from 8-13 September 2026.
