Technohull has unveiled its new 13.8 metres Alpha 45, bridging the gap between the company’s Alpha 40 and Alpha 50.
The craft has been conceived as a cross between a sports boat and day boat with a top speed of over 85 knots with quad 500hp outboards.
New features include the Alpha windscreen and a newly designed hardtop with greater rake and surfaces developed to maximise efficient aerodynamics.
Additional side deflectors reduce drag when opened and divert airflow away from the double bank of helm seats.
A Dynastream deep-V hull has ventilated steps optimised for high performance and comfort and a high wave-piercing bow helps improve the ride in heavy seas.
Walkaround deck design
An ergonomically configured helm offers a double row of three-abreast helm seats with the helm position in the middle.
On the deck there is a U-shaped sunpad in the bow, complemented by a forward-facing bench seat carved into the forward part of the central console.
The beam allows for a full walkaround design leading aft to the cockpit.
A side console gullwing door opens at the push of a button giving access to cabin for two with double berth, plus a separate full beam head with shower.
Access below deck is via a forward superstructure allowing the helm section of the console to be reserved for electronics and other equipment.
Exceptional space on board
Additional features include carbon grab handles and cup holders.
“The Alpha 45 is a serious new addition to our luxury performance line-up, drawing on the best of Technohull while adding a few new design enhancements of its own,” said Gerasimos Petratos, CEO of Technohull.
“The space on board is exceptional and of course each 45 will be finished to our exacting standards, but it’s out on the water that this boat will really shine.
“The Alpha 45 demands to be driven – and she’ll reward owners with the drive of their lives.”
