With confirmed financial resilience and expanded production capabilities,
Sunreef Yachts has unveiled its Beyond 2030, a growth plan that is aimed at achieving €1 billion in annual revenue by the end of the decade.
The shipyard has delivered strong 2025 results and says the structural transformation it is embarking on is designed to scale the company towards its goal.
In 2025, Sunreef Yachts increased its revenue by 10% compared to 2024, achieving a net profit of €40 million and ranking it as the sixth largest shipyard worldwide in the 24m+ segment.
The shipyard says this performance reflects the resilience of its premium positioning, diversified client base and continued demand for bespoke sailing and power catamarans.

To support its growth trajectory, Sunreef is implementing a €30 million industrial expansion programme across its two key production facilities.
Full operational enhancements
More than 1,100 skilled artisans, engineers and collaborators are based at its Ras Al Khaimah UAE facility where Sunreef will soon integrate new composite and CNC production units together with an enlarged carpentry workshop and upgraded logistics infrastructure.
These enhancements are scheduled to be fully operational by summer 2026.
In Gdańsk, Poland, where the shipyard employs over 2,000 specialists, construction of a new 160 metre production hall is underway, increasing overall manufacturing capacity and operational efficiency.
Under the roadmap Beyond 2030, Sunreef is accelerating the development of its global sales architecture, expanding partnerships and reinforcing representation in key markets.
Beyond 2030 is designed to align industrial capacity, commercial architecture and technological innovation toward accelerated global scale.
