BlueNav, developer of hybrid and electric propulsion has appointed Sandrine Saint-Saëns to the newly created position of chief growth officer.
The appointment is part of the French company’s structuring and its ambition to accelerate its international development.
Sandrine will be tasked with leading BlueNav’s growth strategy, expanding its commercial development globally, and strengthening ties with key partners in the sector.
She joins BlueNav having held several management positions in companies within the marine industry.

Notably, she was sales director at Zodiac Nautic, where she supported the development of product lines, combining strategic vision, market knowledge, and customer focus.
In her new role at BlueNav, she will be responsible for orchestrating business expansion, ensuring alignment between marketing and sales, and structuring relationships with industrial partners, distributors, and OEMs.
She will also contribute to identifying new market opportunities and supporting product launches.
