Suntex Marina Investors has expanded its holdings in Channel Islands Harbor with the purchase of two properties in Oxnard, California: Vintage Marina and Channel Islands Harbor Marina.
The addition of Vintage Marina and Channel Islands Harbor Marina adds more than 780 slips to the Suntex portfolio.
Vintage Marina has more than 380 slips, accommodating vessels from 25 feet up to 100-foot end-ties.
Boaters have direct walkability to Hollywood Beach, multiple waterside dining options, and the weekly Farmer’s and Fisherman’s Markets.

Channel Islands Harbor Marina has been recently renovated and offers more than 400 slips for vessels ranging from 24 to 100 feet.
The marina has modern amenities, including newly renovated docks and gangways, and, direct access to the harbor entrance and the Pacific Ocean.
