Molabo has appointed Tommi Salonen to the position of lead global marine sales.
In his new role, Salonen will lead the the German manufacturer of 48-volt electric propulsion systems commercial expansion in the fast-growing electric boating market.
Salonen has more than two decades of international experience in marine propulsion, boat manufacturing and boating equipment, including leadership positions at Quick SpA, Torqeedo, and BRP.
He will help shape Molabo’s sales strategy and expand its network of OEM and distribution partners worldwide.

Salonen added: “Molabo has proven that you don’t need high voltage to deliver serious performance, and I’m excited to bring this patented technology to even more industry partners.
