Vessel Vanguard platform acquired

Baxter Marine Group has sold its marine SaaS platform, Vessel Vanguard, to BHH Marine.

Vessel Vanguard was acquired by Baxter Marine Group in 2021 and under the leadership of CEO Rick Heine, has undergone a digital transformation.

In 2023, the Vessel Vanguard 360 platform was launched, designed to provide owners, captains, and crewmembers with intuitive web and mobile applications that simplify maintenance, operations, and safety management.
