Northrop & Johnson has appointed Arvid Ljungberg as a yacht broker based in Antibes.
Arvid’s marine industry career began when he moved to Palma de Mallorca after a competive career in elite-level ice hockey.
He quickly moved up through the ranks from deckhand to captain while running busy charter programs, cruising extensively across the globe, and developing a first-hand understanding of what makes a superyacht operation successful.
After nearly 20 years experience in the superyacht industry, in 2023, Arvid transferred to the brokerage segment using his knowledge to guide clients through yacht sales, purchases, and bespoke charter journeys.
Looking ahead, Arvid is focused on growing his client base globally while also shining a spotlight on Northern Europe’s exceptional cruising grounds.
