Flexiteek International has appointed Adam Ramsden as Group CEO.
Adam joined Flexiteek in March 2025 having previously worked across the marine industry for the last 17 years in senior leadership roles in multi-national manufacturing companies, most recently at LKQ Leisure and Marine.
“I am absolutely delighted to be joining Flexiteek and really look forward to working with the team and our valued customers,” he said.
In his new role, Adam will be responsible for developing Group operations and all commercial activities, working alongside Tomas Gustafsson in Sweden and Scott Berry in the UK who form part of the senior leadership team.
Anders Wilhelmsen, chairman at Flexiteek International added: “I am delighted to welcome Adam to our growing team.
“With his extensive 17 years of marine experience, he brings invaluable expertise to this new role, helping to drive our business forward and expand our opportunities.”
And he added that with the recent launch of the Dame Award-nominated Flexiteek 3 range, it’s an exciting time for Adam to join the Group.
Flexiteek began manufacturing its synthetic decking and marine products in 2000.
The company’s third-generation product was launched in 2024 with the new range made using a bio-attributed PVC, removing fossil-fuel based PVC with features including enhanced heat performance.
