NMMA has appointed Chase Warden as chief financial officer (CFO) with effect from February 10 2025.
In his new role, Chase will be responsble for overseeing NMMA’s financial strategy, organisational development and legal compliance, including oversight of NMMA’s accounting and human resources teams.
Chase joins the NMMA from the Land Trust Alliance, where he served as chief operating and financial officer responsible for all aspects of finance and accounting, human resources, information technology, and operations.
Prior to his time with the Land Trust Alliance, he was the director of finance and operations at conservation nonprofit The Nature Conservancy (TNC).

Chase will replace longtime NMMA CFO, Craig Boskey who retires at the end of February following 20 years serving as chief financial officer.
During his 20 years with NMMA, Craig supported strategic boat show acquisitions, navigated the financial volatility of the Great Recession and COVID pandemic, and secured opportunities for financial stability.
Chase will be based in the NMMA’s Washington D.C. headquarters.
