Barrus has promoted Joel Devine to the newly created role of production engineering manager within its production team.
Joel’s career spans manufacturing engineering, operational excellence and business transformation, with previous roles at Jaguar Land Rover and fintech company Revolut.
In his new role, he will lead the production engineering team responsible for developing efficient manufacturing processes and supporting the transition of new products from design into production.
He will work with Barrus‘ research and development, special products and commercial teams to improve manufacturing efficiency and increase production capacity.
