The new wallywind110 has been launched, just over a year after the launch of the wally101 Full Custom.
The launch of the yacht marks a significant milestone says Wally in the journey that officially began in 2022 for the wallywind performance cruiser range, which will also feature the wallywind130 and the wallywind150.
A second wallywind110 is under construction.
“The launch of this first semi-custom sail model since Wally became part of Ferretti Group in 2019 is a very significant moment for us,” explained Stefano de Vivo, Wally MD. “Not only does it coincide with the brand’s 30th anniversary, but it also once again confirms how relevant the sailing superyacht sector is for Wally.
“We have always been leader in this segment, and we aim to continue anticipating market trends by creating yachts capable of becoming true benchmarks in both yachting and design.”
The yacht has been designed by the team at judel/vrolijk & co, with stand-out features including paintwork that shifts tone with the changing light.
The launch also showed the unique deck layout, resulting from the experience of Wally’s internal design team in collaboration with the Santa Maria Magnolfi studio, who developed together the exterior and interior design of the wallywind110.
“The wallywind110 is not just a superyacht that promises impressive performance,” explained Wally founder and chief designer Luca Bassani.
“Wally has always been synonymous with both performance and design. The thoughtful study of the wallywind110’s deck spaces has resulted in an 80 square meter cockpit, free of technical equipment (relocated to the stern), comparable to that of a sailing superyacht at least 60 meters long.
“The owner and their guests can relax on sofas, sunbeds, and seating. Not to mention the other two lounge areas located on the ‘sea terrace’ at the stern and on the foredeck.”
