New president for Teledyne Marine Group

Teledyne Technologies has promoted Gregoire Outters to the position of president of its Teledyne Marine Group.

In the role, Gregoire will continue to lead the maritime businesses in the digital imaging segment and will assume responsibility for Teledyne’s Marine businesses in the Instrumentation segment, effective immediately.

Gregoire has more than 23 years of experience in thermal imaging and 13 years in the maritime industry.

He joined Cedip Infrared Systems in Paris, France in 2003, where he progressed into senior leadership roles and later served as general manager following FLIR Systems’ 2008 acquisition of Cedip.

Accelerating growth

In 2013, Gregoire relocated to the UK to lead the Raymarine business of FLIR and continued to serve in that leadership role following Teledyne’s 2021 acquisition of FLIR.

Most recently, he has served as the senior executive vice president and general manager of the maritime businesses in Teledyne’s Digital Imaging segment.

“Under Gregoire’s leadership, Teledyne’s Maritime businesses have grown organically and through the successful integration of multiple acquisitions.

“In this new leadership role, Gregoire will focus on accelerating the growth of the Teledyne Marine Group by leveraging its extensive capabilities in key areas such as autonomous vehicles and related sensors, position, navigation and timing solutions and the commercial maritime market to give our customers the technologies and solutions they need in the challenging marine environment,” said George Bobb, president and chief executive officer of Teledyne Technologies.
