Nanni partners with Allpa

Nanni is partnering with Allpa marine equipment to strengthen its presence in Germany and the Netherlands.

The regions are known for their strong marine equipment activity and with the collaboration, Nanni says it intends to become a key player in the areas with OEMs.

“This partnership is strategical to enlarge our offer to the central Europe leisure marine industry,” said Gregorio Passani Nanni Group chief business officer.

Nanni is providing a wide offer of products going from boating, sailing, up to yachts and superyachts engines and power generators.

“Partnering with Allpa means we can fulfil all engine room equipment system requirements. The synergy allows both companies to offer a full package, matching boat builders’ needs.”

And he said that the blend of the companies’ strengths will bring significant added value to customers.

“The sales power, existing network and full product range of Allpa combined with the comprehensive range of propulsion engines and energy solutions will fulfil the demand of main regional players in their wish for one-stop shop and excellence service,” he said.

In the Netherlands, yachting engines, 700-1200hp common rail, are offered, in addition, generators for yachts and superyacht segments, with soundless versions of the Q4500 and Q6800 ranges, entering the market.

Allpa was founded in 1971. In 2021, Allpa Marine Equipment from the Netherlands and Germany was acquired by the Mercator Marine Group followed by the acquisition of Combi Noord in 2022 and, in 2023, the acquisition of Technautic and Technik fürs Boot.

Thee four wholesalers supply more than 65,000 products from stock.
