European distributor Lankhorst Taselaar, a subsidiary of Mercury Marine / Brunswick Corporation, has appointed Pierre-Yves Renou as sales agent for France.
Pierre-Yves will be responsible for strengthening the presence of Lankhorst Taselaar’s brands among professionals in the French market.
His role will encompass supporting the group’s growth in France, drawing on the company’s product offering, providing a responsive service and supporting the logistics network.
He joins the group with several years’ experience in the nautical sector, and a track record in the distribution and sales representation of technical equipment.
His experience includes knowledge of shipyards, shipchandlers and service providers that will enable him to address the needs of the French market providing logistics and technical assistance.

Lankhorst Taselaar distributes more than 15,000 items, with 12,000 in permanent stock.
It’s two flagship product lines are Besto, which supplies life jackets and buoys, and Talamex, which provides tenders, fenders, ropes and deck fittings.
Pierre-Yves Renou will be based in France and will act as an intermediary in the field.
