Faster Aluminium Boats’ new entry level Faster 465 will replace the Faster 460i.
The new vessel is 4.65m in length and designed as a compact but versatile allrounder.
The open bow makes it suitable for transporting goods, and it also works well for recreational fishing.
The new Faster 465 is equipped with a wider steering console than its predecessor, providing the driver and co-driver with better windshield while still enabling easy passage inside the boat.
As in the 460i model, the console of the new 465 will also be movable from the centre of the boat to the starboard side.
On the front side of the steering console is a quick-fix aluminium rail, as well as two incorporated aluminium steps.
Improved ergonomics
The 465 is steered by sitting on the stern bench, which has been renewed, making it higher than before with improved ergonomics.
The newly designed seat box acts as stern bench, has storage capacity, a new locking mechanism, a gas spring and includes a Smartdeck surface coating as standard.
Other improvements include a rope compartment on either side of the engine well, navigational lights installed onto the hull sides in the bow and wider wire conduits drawn to the bow.
Other features include hydraulic steering as standard, a draining interior, maintainable rainwater outlets on the hull sides and a Raymarine chartplotter.
The durable and stable aluminium hull is made without any lifting strakes, for a smooth ride.
Faster boats are manufactured in Finland by Juha Snell Oy, a Finnish family-owned boat building company that was founded back in 1974.
