New Zealand based electric technology companies ZeroJet and Tectrax have completed their merger.
ZeroJet designs and manufactures high-performance, lightweight electric jet propulsion systems for boats and tenders and Tectrax develops and manufactures electric, all-terrain amphibious drive systems for boats.
The merger – first announced in 2024 – will see both brands operating individually, using their established reputations and market recognition.
ZeroJet and Tectrax will remain as separate product brands, while operating as a combined company with shared resources and product development to enhance efficiency and drive innovation.
The new entity will be headed by James Morton who has been appointed as CEO.
Chris Baird, ZeroJet director, has been appointed as the executive sales director and Leisha Burrows has been promoted to Zerojet sales manager for New Zealand and Australia.
