Sleipner is to establish a fully owned branch office in Croatia, strengthening its presence in the Adriatic market.
The move follows a decades-long partnership with local distributor AC Yachting, which has developed a comprehensive sales and service network for Sleipner products across the country.
The companies say they have been discussing succession opportunities as AC Yachting founder Antun Cismic prepares for retirement.
“We’re now at a point where it feels natural for both parties to take the next step,” explained Marius Torjusen, Sleipner’s chief commercial officer.
“I would like to express my sincere thanks to Antun for the cooperation and the dedication he has shown Sleipner over the past decades.”
Working with Sleipner has been a privilege.

Marius continued: “I’m glad to know that Antun will still be around to help navigate the transitional phase.
“He is a close friend of the brand and the Sleipner family, and I’m glad we found a solution allowing us to keep working with Antun as we’re gradually preparing to take more responsibility ourselves.”
Antun added: “Working with Sleipner has been a privilege and even though I’m planning to scale down my company in 2026, I will still be involved with the products and maintain relations to existing customers.”
Ivan Kokeza has been appointed as the new country manager, leading the Croatian branch and overseeing the branch’s operations and business development.
The new branch office, which will include a representation office in Split, marks a further step in strengthening Sleipner’s presence and service capabilities in the region.
The new branch is scheduled to open in 2026 and will become Sleipner’s eighth wholly owned subsidiary.
The company currently employs more than 250 people worldwide and reports annual turnover exceeding €70 million.
