Seager Marine, based in Canandaigua, New York, has acquired R&K Marina, Rushford, Allegany County, New York.
R&K Marina provides boat sales and rentals, maintenance, accessories and indoor and outdoor storage.
The marina has been operating for more than 50 years and currently sells a range of craft including Nautique, Bennington and Regal boats.
Seager Marine, which provides recreational and waterfront marina services, says it is intending to upgrade the facilities at R&K Marina while introducing new rental options and adding a Freedom Boat Club location.
The R&K Marina team is set to maintain its role in operations.
Strong reputation

Scott Walter, who has owned R&K Marina with wife Julie since 2004, added: “R&K Marina has always been about more than boats — it’s about community.
New energy and resources

Seager Marine was founded in 1967 on Canandaigua Lake. The firm acquired East Bluff Harbor Marine of Penn Yan earlier in 2025 and this latest acquisition expands its reach into Allegany County.
“The acquisition strengthens Seager Marine’s presence in New York’s Southern Tier,” said Peter.
“Integrating a small marina like R&K into our family allows us to preserve the personal, community-focused spirit that makes it special, while adding the resources and expertise of a larger organisation.”
