The Azimut|Benetti Group expects revenues of €1.5 billion, for the end of the 2024/2025 season – up 15% on the previous year and in line with shipyard’s business plan targets.

The backlog secured since January 1 2025 stands at €2.5 billion euros and extends into 2029.

The Group says it has succeeded in achieving its growth objectives and generating value for stakeholders despite the market slowdown.

Azimut|Benetti is investing in infrastructure improvements to advance its production sites and create centers of excellence.

Azimut|Benetti is investing in infrastructure improvements

The Group is planning to invest a total of €115 million over the period from 2024-2027 covering all Azimut|Benetti Group sites in Italy and projects on both its production facilities and headquarters.

The Group says the aim of the investments is to consolidate a geographically balanced presence and penetrate new high-potential areas.

A special focus will be on capacity in terms of size – with the Avigliana site upgraded to build yachts of up to 28 meters.

Areas dedicated to high added value activities will be expanded, such as the refit projects undertaken by the Lusben division.

Leadership in the high-end segment

In-sourcing of strategic activities will be intensified with two centres specialising in high-quality processes: the Light Steel Hub where steel work for boats under 45 metres is carried out, and the Composite Hub in Tuscany for the Group’s megayachts focused on fibreglass and carbon fibre processing.

The Group says the expansion of its industrial facilities will also open the way to further evolution of the Azimut and Benetti fleet in three key directions – leadership in the high-end segment, and introducing stylistic and technological innovations capable of interpreting contemporary lifestyles.

As part of this, Azimut will present the new direction of its Seadeck Series at Cannes Yachting Festival.

Benetti has revealed a new evolution of its Oasis 40

Benetti has also revealed a new evolution of its Oasis 40 and is introducing a new category, which it says combines the comfort of motor yachts with inspirations drawn from the world of sailing.

The Group’s backlog is spread across key geographical areas: 38% in Europe, 31% in the Americas and 31% in EMEA-APAC, up from 23% of the order portfolio.

The Group is seeing its fastest groth and highest concentration of potential new customers in the Middle East and APAC.

Ambitious goals

In Saudi Arabia the Group has seen more than €300 million in sales over the past 24 months and is set to capitalise on this with the opening  of two new offices – Azimut in Gedda and Benetti in Riyadh.

The Americas, and the US in particular are targeted to achieve ambitious goals, despite the fact that it is currently the most challenging area because of the new import tariffs.

In autumn 2025, the Group will be opening two exclusive Azimut and Benetti boutiques at Pier Sixty-Six in Fort Lauderdale.
