Marine hybrid power system developer Integrel Solutions has appointed Phil Gutowski as its representative for the United States and Caribbean.
Phil’s career spans working on charter boats and workboats to one of the world’s largest motor yachts.
Phil’s journey has taken him from maritime college to marine systems, with a detour into the world of software development at two top-tier US startups.
His return to the marine world led to the founding of BoatRx, a US-based company specialising in marine electrical and HVAC system design and installation.
During his time at BoatRx, Phil and his team were among the first in the US to work with Integrel’s E-Power 48V energy system.
A resilient power system is essential for the activities that keep us coming back to life on the water.

Phil has also served three times as a judge for the IBEX Innovation Awards and been a speaker at the IBEX Education Conference, leading seminars on high-efficiency air conditioning and hybrid-powered yachts.
Phil joins Integrel Solutions as the company continues to innovate with the recently launched Integrel E-Drive — an integrated hybrid system combining up to 30kW of energy generation and 40hp of electric propulsion for dual engine vessels in an automated package.
“My experience in boating has taught me that most owners are looking to optimise three things when they invest in their boats: comfort, fun, and performance,” said Phil.
Sustainable cruising
“A resilient power system is essential for the activities that keep us coming back to life on the water.
“I’m thrilled to be working with Integrel Solutions as we help bring that experience to more boaters across the US and Caribbean.”
Trevor Howard, CEO of Integrel Solutions, added: “We’re delighted to welcome Phil to the Integrel team.
“His depth of experience, technical knowledge, and genuine enthusiasm for smart, sustainable cruising makes him the ideal person to represent us in the US and Caribbean.”
In his new role, Phil will support both end users and Integrel partners.
