McConaghy boats has acquired the brand and intellectual property of Cure Marine, Australian builder of high-performance sailing catamarans.

The acquisition signals a new chapter for the Cure Marine series, with a potential production partnership evolving into a full integration of the brand into the McConaghy portfolio.

Under the new structure, McConaghy will take over the manufacturing of the Cure range, transitioning production to McConaghy’s facilities to leverage its existing composite engineering and autoclave technologies.
